REGISTRATION

To become a Creature Comforts client, we come to your home to meet you and your pets. Our simple registration process provides us the necessary information to offer you access all of our services including in-home pet care, dog walking and doggie daycare. This will be the time to go over all fees and policies and answer any questions you may have. We enjoy taking the time to get to know you and your animals. Every pet, and their family, has different needs and concerns. Our registration meeting will include:

  • Basic accounting information

  • Pet information

  • Feeding schedules

  • Emergency and Veterinarian contacts

  • Entrance location and alarm codes

  • Location of food, litter, treats, medications and cleaning materials

  • Please have all vaccination records available

We’ll need two sets of keys which will be retained in our security coded system – unless an alternative method of entry is arranged. Please be sure to test the keys in the lock. An added benefit of being a Creature Comforts client is that you can call us in case you are locked out of your home. We'll come over and get you inside as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, at this time, we have an extremely large waitlist for doggie daycare and are not taking any more registration requests. Please check back at a later date for doggie daycare.

We do have availability for dog walking & puppy playcare!

FAQ

 

What areas do you service?

We service all of Marblehead, most of Swampscott; as well as the Vinnin Square and Salem State areas of Salem.

 

Can we drop-off and picK-up our dogs instead of using the transportation?

We prefer to do the majority of the transportation, but we can accommodate special circumstances. Drop-off is between 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM and Pick-up is between 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM.
